Colin plays a key role in coordinating production schedules, optimizing supply chain efficiency, and maintaining business standards to meet market demands.
Outside of his role as Senior Vice President at Sliquid, Colin dedicates himself to developing unique, high-quality hot sauces that stand out in the market. Colin is the founder of a successful hot sauce business, Poor Vida, which he started out of his passion for spicy foods and culinary creativity. His entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to explore interesting flavor profiles, drive him to continuously innovate and share his love for spicy, flavorful foods with others. Through his business, Colin combines his expertise with his personal passion, creating products that bring excitement and flavor to every table.

In 2015, Erik co-founded Impulse Group Dallas, a chapter of the international nonprofit organization, Impulse Group, dedicated to promoting HIV awareness, sexual health, and community support among gay men. With over 400 events annually across 26 cities worldwide, Impulse aims to create a welcoming space for engagement and connection. During his tenure with the organization, he has served in multiple executive roles, including Vice President, Event Director, and currently as Vice Chairman of Events, making him the longest-serving board member of the Dallas chapter.
In his free time, Erik shares his life with his partner, James, and blonde shepherd-husky mix, Piper.

Christ is passionate about aviation, with a particular love for flying the Cessna 182 and Piper Archer. His interest in flight began as a lifelong dream, leading him to explore new destinations accessible only by plane—places he might never have discovered by car. Beyond flying, Christ is also dedicated to the flight enthusiast community, developing applications for platforms like VATSIM, including VATSIM Radar and working on backend integrations for Navigraph and flight details. Committed to giving back, he collaborates with numerous non-profits such as Bridges Safehouse and DCCDS, helping communities access vital resources and support.
