Customer Reviews, Testimonials and Comments
We are pleased to hear from our customers and welcome your comments regarding our products. Customer Reviews & Testimonials allow other customers to see what you think about a product or products. You can submit your testimonials here or by email sent to email@example.com, for inclusion on our testimonials page. You can also leave reviews for specific products on each products specific page.
Comments are available on many of our blog posts as well. We allow you the option of sharing your review, comment or testimonial anonymously – real names are not required, and email addresses are not published. When visitors leave comments, reviews or testimonials on the site we, collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to this website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website. If you do not remove this data from your images before uploading, we cannot prevent other users from accessing this data.

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

Our website contains several features that will trigger an automatic email to you. These features are only activated if you have provided your email address on our site, and are only triggered by specific actions (i.e. adding items to your cart and not checking out, or purchasing items from our store). You may be automatically sent coupons for future purchases, or requests for reviews of products you have purchased. These emails are not recurring, and you will not be added to our regular mailing lists unless you specifically request to be added. We use Google Analytics to track user activity on our site. This includes pages visiting and links clicked, and well as purchase activity. You can opt out of Analytics tracking in our Privacy Preferences Center.
How Long We Retain Your Data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information provided in their your profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their own personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information, with the exception of passwords. This information is kept indefinitely.
Purchase records are stored indefinitely, minus any payment information. If you choose to delete your data, your purchase records will be anonymized.
Analytics data is stored on Google’s servers, and is stored for 2 years.
What Rights You Have To Your Data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where We Send Your Data
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service. Payment processing is sent to USAEPay, Stripe, or PayPal, depending on your payment method. Analytics data is sent to Google.
