Accessibility Statement
Last updated: September 4, 2026
Sliquid is committed to providing an online experience that is usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.
Current status
We have completed an accessibility review of representative areas of sliquid.com and are addressing findings in phases. Recent improvements include:
- keyboard operation and status announcements for the primary navigation;
- a working skip link and main-content landmark;
- visible keyboard-focus indicators;
- keyboard-accessible product information accordions;
- programmatic and visible labels for shop price-filter controls;
- improved heading structure, link and control names, text contrast, and form-control boundaries;
- support for browser and pinch zoom; and
- responsive reflow without horizontal page scrolling at a 320 CSS-pixel viewport on the homepage, shop, and representative product pages.
Optional accessiBe interface
Sliquid.com provides an optional accessiBe accessibility interface. Its currently deployed controls include seizure-safety, low-vision, ADHD, reading and cognitive, keyboard-navigation, screen-reader, and older-adult support profiles. The interface also provides content scaling, readable-font and spacing controls, contrast and color adjustments, link and focus highlighting, sound muting, animation controls, reading aids, and cursor options.
The accessiBe interface supplements, but does not replace, accessibility work in the underlying website. Users do not need to activate a profile to use the site’s standard keyboard, labeling, contrast, zoom, and navigation improvements.
Known limitations
We do not currently claim that every page, state, or third-party service fully conforms to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Areas still being evaluated include:
- populated cart and checkout flows;
- payment-provider screens and other third-party transactional content;
- third-party marketing popups, embedded tools, and integrations;
- older or infrequently used content; and
- full verification with VoiceOver and Safari and with NVDA and Chrome.
Accessibility can also vary when third-party services change their interfaces or scripts. We continue to review these areas and remediate issues within our control.
Compatibility
The site is designed for current versions of major browsers and common assistive technologies. For the best experience, use a current browser and an up-to-date operating system or assistive technology.
Feedback and assistance
If you encounter an accessibility barrier or need information in another format, email [email protected]. Please include the page address, a short description of the issue, and the browser or assistive technology you were using, if you are comfortable providing that information.
We will acknowledge accessibility reports within five business days and will work to provide an accessible alternative or correction as promptly as practicable.
Ongoing review
Accessibility is an ongoing process. We review the site regularly, include accessibility in new site changes, and update this statement as our testing and remediation work progresses.
