Tried the Sassy, was not a fan of how thick and gooey it was, it caused grab and friction. This stuff is…better. But still not great. It’s slicker and actually feels more like a lubricant, but it’s *very* thin, and lasts only about a minute before it starts to lose its slickness. Okay for run of the mill masturbation if you need something to get you started, but even my own wetness outclasses this stuff. So I’m still disappointed by sliquid’s products so far. The only plus about this particular lube is how it absorbs into the skin like a lotion instead of crusting up or creating a residue as it dries; that’s pretty nice. Useless for lube, but it would make a decent intimate moisturizer if you’re feeling a little dry.

The first one I used was the most amazing lube ever. However, apparantly the new batch of this year has white flecks (sea weed extracts) floating all over in them. New formula. To me it looks less sexy. The ensured me it is safe to use after mesaging them, so guess all that’s needed is now is breaking the safety seal and testing the new formula.

My absolute favorite lube. It’s ever-so-slightly thicker than Sliquid H20 and it’s similar in feel to my natural lubrication, clear, flavorless, scent-free, doesn’t dry out too quickly, doesn’t get sticky, doesn’t turn white with friction (!), doesn’t dry weird, and a little goes a long way. It’s kind of pricey, and is getting hard to find in stores so I’ll buy from the website from now on (but the largest size is out of stock again).

#1, reactions: I’m very sensitive and have a tendency to get out of balance very easily, with a history of tons of yeast infections. No problems at all with this lubricant. Not during, day after or two days after. I think I’m in the clear for any reactions.
#2, performance: We had been using Astroglide for years, and it used to be great. But, somewhere along the line, they changed it (or our bodies changed??), and it stopped lasting for more than a few minutes. I am also in menopause (which started VERY early at 42), so I really do need a good lubricant to help make sex enjoyable. I bought three types of Sliquid (and the sampler pack, which I haven’t dived into yet). The SEA was the winner! Lasted so much longer, was slippery, felt natural, and lubricated everything that needed it.

I switched to Sliquid Sea because my old water based lubricant contained glycerin, which was giving me UTIs. This stuff isn’t as slippery as my old lube (texture is very similar to my body’s natural lubrication), but I’m very glad I made the switch. I’ve had no UTIs or irritation when using lube since I switched. This lube has also lessened my symptoms of vaginal atrophy significantly! I use a little bit of this lube every day to keep everything moisturized and I’ve had less pain, bleeding, and dryness since. I would definitely recommend this to anyone with a sensitive vagina.

Absolutely love this lube. I’ve tried water based before and they were always so sticky or just too watery, so I’ve been using silicone based. Now, however, I’m sticking with Sliquid water based! The consistency is perfect, you don’t need to use a lot to make it work and it’s very gentle on the skin. I look forward to trying the other Sliquid water based lubes. Satisfied in more ways than one.

I love this lube!! I had previously tried the original H2O kind and this one is very similar but just a bit nicer in every way. It’s slightly thicker, more moisturizing and longer lasting. They are both good but I had to reapply this one less. It feels good after using too and I don’t feel like i have to wash it off because it’s dry or sticky like other lubes I’ve tried. It just kinda dries into my skin like a moisturizer.

This was the 3rd Sliquid lube I’ve tried and definitely my favorite so far! 🙂 I previously used H20 which I love but is very thin. This lube is a bit thicker than H20 but does not block feeling/friction at all – an issue I have with actually thick lubes. Also, a little goes a long way. Oh, and if you are wondering if it takes weird because it’s made with seaweed, which I was curious about, it doesn’t have much taste at all. Will definitely be purchasing again! 🙂

I found the Sliquid brand when I was originally trying to find a quality massage oil. I decided to try not only the Sea water based June but the Balance and Splash produce as well. I heard about this brand from Amy Baldwin’s podcast. She wasn’t advertising for Sliquid, but she was just a big fan herself. My order just came in the mail a week ago and I couldn’t have been more excited. Previous to Sliquid I was using astroglide that I had picked up at a generic store. It always had a sticky and tacky feel and residue once it started to dry. That is why I love Sliquid because it naturally and smoothly absorbs into my skin without any sticky residue. It also feels good knowing that there are only safe and natural ingredients in these products. I want to be supportive of a brand that caters to everything I want and need.
