I heard of sliquid because of their water based products, but i wanted to try the hybrid “silk” to see what it was all about. its silvery and wet like water based lube, but it does last longer like their silicone counterpart. i think its a unique blend if you’re looking for something similar with a different feel.

Good stuff! Lasts a little longer than the H2O or Sassy and is relatively safe to use with high end silicone toys (ALWAYS SPOT TEST FIRST!) I do still prefer the Sassy for the easier cleanup.

Silk is my go-to for masturbation (self and partner) and sex. It is exactly as described: silky, smooth, never sticky/tacky, and when you need to re-up, spit or a spritz of water does wonders. The BEST part about this lube, though, is that it doesn’t leave that disgusting twinge of chemical taste in the back of your throat. If you go from masturbation sleeve or vibrator to a partner’s mouth, for example, there’s very little hesitation to do so.

We love Sliquid Silk. it doesn’t dry as fast as a water based lube but it cleans up better than a silicone lube. in most cases just a large drop will be all that’s needed. It does not stain the sheets and doesn’t taste bad either. It’s a great lube for us!
