O Gel is intended to be used as a clitoral stimulator. You would apply directly to the clit. O Gel can also be used on the frenulum (where the foreskin meets the underside of the penis).

Yes, you can use Sliquid Swirl internally. All Sliquid lubricants are pH balanced.
