I accidentally left my bottle of Sliquid h2o in my car and it was a hot day. Is it still safe to use after being exposed to heat?
Hi Sarah,
Heat will cause the product to break down, though if you do not notice the product having turned watery or separated, then it will be fine to use. One day of heat will not be enough to compromise the preservative.
On your website you state that the pH of the Oceanics range is 4 – 4.4 but I have read online that this product is recommended when TTC as it has a higher pH of 7.2. Is this true, can I use it when TTC?
Hello Pauline,
Previous versions of our formulas had higher pH. We have not performed any test now or in the past relating to TTC, all information has been through a third party. I would suggest taking our product or its ingredient sheet to your physician with the inquiry to get a licensed medical opinion. I hope that I was able to help, if you have any other questions, please let us know.
I’d like to know the ph level of your sliquid organic natural lubricant please?
Thanks
Hello Astar,
Most of our lubricants have a pH level of 4.1 to 4.4.
Mine is not really an inquiry, it is more like an appreciation letter.
I asked a question (which, in hindsight, was quite silly) and your staff was so kind as to answer me seriously and politely, bearing with both my ignorance and my imperfect English. I sent an e-mail on Saturday and got one earlier today, meaning that your employees have been working hard on giving a prompt reply.
As I suffer from anxiety and any little doubt can be worrisome, your service has really helped me.
Thank you for your patience and your professionalism.
Thank you so much for your feedback! Have a great day!
Ok, to be specific, we have a Blush brand dildo, by the name of Mr. Slim (named on the package). On the package, it is claimed the material is TPE. It is a soft, skin-like dildo. Would Sliquid Silk (purple bottle) be safe for vaginal use, and if not, what would be safest for that toy?
We are really enjoying the longevity and total improvement of lubrication of the Silk over our old standby, Astro. Thanks!
With testing a specific toy, we can’t say for sure if it would be compatible with Sliquid Silk. TPE toys are typically best with a water based lubricant, without any silicone. Here is a link to more information about toy materials. http://erikalynae.com/2016/01/12/sex-toy-material-guide/
I bought Sliquid H2O lube on Amazon and liked it, and I wanted to see how the different types of lubes offered by Sliquid vary on your website. On the website, it sounds like Sliquid is marketed exclusively towards women. I am a gay male and did not realize this. Should Sliquid products only be used by women?
Hello thank you for your question. Sliquid can be used by men and women, but we do offer a lubricant brand called Ride Bodyworx that’s all our men lubricants. You should visit RideLube.com.
